Todays update has involved a lot of “behind the scenes” work and a bit of tidying up to make the site look more uniform.
The behind the scenes work involved the job that everyone loves to hate – SEO! Making sure that all the Meta data for the site is correct and is what tickles Google and other search engines in just the right way. Some call it a long and laborious task, I’d have to agree.
The other task done today is updating the random links that are strewn across the site and making them physical buttons to neaten them up and give a consistent look across the pages. Example below.

It looks a lot neater than just text with a link and also allows for a better description to go along with it on the right so people know what they are clicking on.
There are a few more of these to do but I have certainly done most of them today.
Hail Caesar!
One of the things I mentioned yesterday was the fact that Google told me the most visited part of the site was the Caesar cipher wheel.
With this is mind I have updated the page slightly to put direct links (via buttons) to encryption and decryption tasks and also put the Instructions in a dynamic block so that it did not clutter the screen.

Lots more updates to come.
