Website update 11/5/22

A quick update to make you aware of some new content on the site. Over the past few days some more new content has been created and added, specifically aimed at KS3 students. To incorporate this a new menu option has also been created (KS3 – 11+).

In this section are the start of our KS3 resources. We currently have ‘An introduction to the Computing Lab’ topic which contains the absolute basics of logging into a Microsoft Office 365 account, choosing a password and skills such as performing a screenshot.

There is also the beginnings of our Web Design topic with a tutorial on how to use the fantastic, free to download HTML WYSIWYG webpage creator RocketCake to create a basic webpage.

We’re hoping to add some more KS3 resources soon and hope to also put these up as courses as well so that students can go through them at their own pace and get quizzed on what they know.

There’s lots going on behind the scenes so keep an eye out and I’ll make sure I post as soon as more content is available.
